Anil is an experienced Gestalt Coach with over 25 years of corporate experience, including international coaching roles since June 2021. His clients include executives from Google, American Express, BP, Mars, AT&T, and similar top companies. He has contributed extensively to leadership programs and cultural change projects and voluntarily coaches young talent leaders at Yenibirlider Association. With 1800+ hours of coaching experience, he also has a background in Internal Audit and Risk Management from his tenure at Arthur Andersen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Citibank, and Mazars. His C-level experience includes serving as Chief Risk Officer at STFA, a large Turkish conglomerate. A graduate of Bilkent University and Koç University’s Executive MBA program, he has completed programs in Gestalt Coaching, Executive and Leader Coaching, and Deep democracy. Anil is interested in eastern philosophies and has been studying Dharma since 2014.
