Ayelet Shrem is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she has been an Organizational Development Specialist and HR professional for almost three decades.
With over 25 years of experience in corporates, small and medium-sized businesses, Ayelet fully understands the complexity of organizational dynamics in which individuals and teams operate. She is here to support individuals and teams as they define their next steps, moving from thinking to "how to," translating ideas or feelings into actions.
Ayelet has worked with all organizational levels across all functions. She has held various Senior Director positions in global enterprises, a VP HR role, and senior management consultant roles. Her experience includes working with multiple organizations representing diverse sectors.
She brings vast global experience to her work, having worked with teams of multicultural backgrounds and leading and developing leaders across countries and continents.
